Shipping Policy

Shipping is a flat ₹99 per order, and free on orders above ₹2,500. The exact charge is always shown at checkout before you pay. Swatch boxes carry their own small shipping fee, shown on the swatch page.

Stock fabric is cut and dispatched within 2–4 business days. Custom prints take 5–8 business days in production (printing, fixing, quality check) before dispatch. Courier transit is typically 2–7 days depending on your PIN code. These are estimates — festival seasons and remote PIN codes can add time.

You'll receive updates as your order moves through the LD production line — confirmed, in production, dispatched, delivered — on WhatsApp, along with courier tracking details at dispatch. You can also check your order status any time using the link in your confirmation.

Cloth is rolled (not folded) wherever possible to avoid crease lines, wrapped in moisture-safe layering, and boxed. Gift orders include your message card and no pricing on the slip.

If a parcel arrives damaged, refuse it if possible or photograph the packaging before opening and tell us within 48 hours — the Refund & Cancellation Policy covers what happens next. If tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it, contact us within 72 hours at hello@thehouseoffabric.com and we'll take it up with the courier.
