Refund & Cancellation Policy

Stock fabric and made-to-order custom prints work differently — here is exactly how each is handled.

1. Custom-printed fabric (made to order)

Custom prints are produced specifically for you, on the base and design you approved in the Design Studio, so they cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons of preference (colour taste, changed mind, ordered too much).

If your print arrives defective or wrong — misprinted, damaged, the wrong fabric or the wrong design — tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue and the parcel label. After verification we will reprint it free of charge or refund it in full, your choice.

Small differences between the on-screen preview and printed cloth (screen calibration, fabric base, dye behaviour) are inherent to textile printing and don't count as defects.

2. Stock fabric (sold by the metre)

Stock fabric can be returned within 7 days of delivery provided it is uncut, unwashed and in its original condition. Since cut lengths are made to your measurement, partially used or altered cloth cannot be returned.

To start a return, contact us with your order number. Return shipping is paid by you unless the return is due to our error. Once the cloth passes our quality check, we refund within 5–7 business days.

3. Swatch boxes

Swatch boxes are not refundable — but their full card value is credited back: enter your swatch code at checkout and the amount is deducted from your first fabric order.

4. Cancelling an order

You can cancel for a full refund any time before production starts (status “Confirmed”). Once a custom print has entered production it can no longer be cancelled; stock-fabric orders can be cancelled until dispatch. To cancel, contact us with your order number as soon as possible.

5. How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method (via Razorpay for online payments) within 5–7 business days of approval. For offline payments we refund by UPI or bank transfer to details you confirm with our team.
